DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Result: Wait for the health result before choosing a repair.

Still not working?

If the result says repairable, follow the DISM repair guide. Record any new source-file error instead of repeatedly running the same repair.

Check the result: After a successful repair, retry the failed update.
