Windows 11
NVIDIA driver keeps crashing
A driver message is a lead, not proof that the graphics card has failed.
TRY THIS FIRST
Record the crash and driver version
Open Event Viewer → Windows Logs → System. Note the time and display-driver message, then check the driver version in Device Manager.
Start with this check
Result: Use what you find to choose the next step.
Still not working?
Compare the onset with a recent driver change. Follow the guide to choose a manufacturer update or rollback based on that timing.
Check the result: Repeat the original task after making one relevant change. If the problem returns, keep the exact message and time.
