Graphics hardware
What is VRAM?
VRAM is memory on a graphics card used for graphics data such as textures, render targets and other resources.
QUICK EXPLANATION
Check actual memory use and the game's warning
High VRAM allocation does not always mean the game has run out: some games reserve available memory for caching. Resolution, textures and other features affect demand.
Memory use should be interpreted with frame-time behavior, visual symptoms and the game's own indicators.
Result: A repeatable stutter or texture issue near a game's documented memory limit is more informative than allocation alone.
How to check it
If the game reports memory pressure, lower one texture or resolution-related setting and retest. Do not close unrelated apps or change system memory settings without evidence.
Check: Check whether the warning or reproducible stutter changes in the same scene.
